What is AlwaysReady?
AlwaysReady is an inspection readiness platform built specifically for adult social care providers. It helps Registered Managers and their teams track compliance against the CQC KLOE framework, record evidence, and know at a glance where they stand ahead of inspection — all in one place.
What does the free trial include?
Everything. Your trial is fully featured with no functions locked or limited. You get the KLOE tracker, readiness dashboard, daily review report, evidence uploads, audit trail, inspection pack, HR module, and team access. Data you enter during the trial is yours to keep if you subscribe.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial with just your service name, CQC Location ID, service type, and your name and email address. No payment details are required.
How long does it take to get started?
Under a minute. You fill in a short form and receive your login details by email, including a password you will change when you first log in. You are then straight into your account, with your CQC KLOE framework already loaded and ready to use.
Which service types does AlwaysReady currently support?

Is my data safe, and what happens to it if I do not subscribe?
Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, your data is retained for 30 days. You can download a copy of your data at any time during this period. After 30 days your data is permanently deleted in line with our data retention policy. You can also request early deletion by contacting us through the platform.
We already have systems in place. Will AlwaysReady work alongside them?
Yes. AlwaysReady is a governance and inspection readiness tool, not a care management system. It sits alongside your existing care planning, medication, and rostering software. It does not hold any resident or clinical information — it is focused entirely on your compliance position and inspection preparedness.
