We collect your name and email when you sign up for a free resource or opt in to our updates. We store it securely. We never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

AlwaysReady is a brand of Parker Digital & Print Services Ltd, registered at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. We provide CQC compliance support tools and resources for adult social care managers in the UK.

2. What we collect and why
We collect name, work email, company name, service type and marketing consent when you:
- Start a free trial
- Sign up for a free resource or tool
- Subscribe to our blog
- Make an enquiry via our Contact form
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) for delivering resources; consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for marketing emails.
3. How we store it
Form data is captured by Netlify Forms (held up to 30 days, then deleted) and transferred to our database, hosted on Supabase, as a contact record.
4. Subscriptions
AlwaysReady subscriptions are managed through Stripe. AlwaysReady does not collect or store card details directly. See stripe.com/gb/privacy for their privacy policy.
5. How to unsubscribe
Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email hello@alwaysready.uk. We will act within 5 working days.
6. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right contact hello@alwaysready.uk. If unhappy with our response you may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Free resources and tools provided by AlwaysReady are for your own internal professional use only. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.
5. Subscriptions
AlwaysReady subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these terms. AlwaysReady does not process payments directly.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our platform, including checklists, evidence mappings, evidence frameworks, dashboard structures, guides and branding, is the intellectual property of AlwaysReady (Parker Digital & Print Services Ltd) unless otherwise stated.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our tools are provided for guidance purposes only. We make no warranties as to completeness, accuracy or fitness for purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlwaysReady shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, or any losses arising from reliance on our tools or any CQC inspection outcome.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted uses
- Conducting internal CQC compliance self-assessments for your own service
- Tracking evidence, governance activity and action items across CQC domains
- Preparing for CQC inspections and maintaining inspection readiness
- Sharing compliance data internally with your management team and governance leads
Prohibited uses
- Misrepresentation: entering false or fabricated compliance data, or using outputs to misrepresent your service's compliance status to CQC or any other party
- Unauthorised access: sharing login credentials outside your organisation, or accessing another organisation's account without explicit authorisation
- Commercial misuse: reselling, sublicensing or redistributing access without written permission; using AlwaysReady to provide compliance consultancy to third parties without a written agreement
- Technical misuse: reverse-engineering the platform, using bots or scraping tools, attempting to circumvent security controls, or introducing malware
- Regulatory misuse: representing AlwaysReady as an official CQC tool, or implying use of our tools guarantees a particular inspection outcome
Consequences of breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached this policy. We may also take legal action where a breach causes loss or damage.
Cancellation Policy

AlwaysReady subscriptions are Pay As You Go. Cancel at any time, with no lock-in and no cancellation fees.
How subscriptions work
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe on a Pay As You Go basis. You pay monthly in advance with no long-term contract.
How to cancel
Email hello@alwaysready.uk or cancel directly through your account. We aim to confirm all cancellations within 2 working days.
Access and data after cancellation

| Payment taken after cancellation request | Contact us and we will resolve it on a case by case basis. |
| After billing period ends | Account deactivated. Your data is retained for export on request. |
You own your data. Request a full export at any time by emailing hello@alwaysready.uk.
Refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. Accidental payments due to cancellation timing are reviewed on a case by case basis.
