Meet the founder
I have spent my career in nursing, education and adult social care. I have worked as a registered manager and I know what it feels like to be on duty when an inspector walks through the door. I know what it feels like to search through shared drives and paper files for evidence that should have taken seconds to find. And I know what it feels like to carry the weight of an entire service's compliance on your own shoulders.
I have studied care at every level. From the ground up and all the way through to doctoral research. That combination of hands-on experience and academic rigour shapes everything about AlwaysReady.
The platform exists because I could not find anything on the market that was actually built for the realities of independent adult social care. So I built it.
